New site footer added

Footer improved

I have improved the site footer which now inlcudes a Tag Cloud, Recent Posts list and the number of posts in each category.

To make the best use of this, please remember to edit the post category to correctly reflect your post contents and also add tags, which are basically just keywords.

This will have the added benefit of allowing users to search and list posts by category and keyword so they can quickly find the posts that interest them. For example: http://xyug.org/tag/perl/ will list all of the posts with the Perl tag
