XyUser Group’s 2015 Fall Conference information

Conference registration is now open. If you are already on our mailing list, you will be receiving a complete listing of sessions and mini-clinics. Note that we don’t limit registrations for the Conference … everyone who wants to attend is welcome.
We try to keep our Conference fees reasonable and an excellent value. Along with one year of XyUser Group membership, fees include all three days of sessions, electronic copies of each presentation, breakfast and lunch each day, and a Monday night Special Event.

For 2015:
Single registration: $1,695
Mini-clinics (per participant): $400

Hotel reservations

Learn more about the Inn and Spa at Loretto by visiting www.innatloretto.com. You are welcome to make your Conference hotel reservations at any time. We encourage you to do so even if you have not yet registered for the Conference itself as we expect the block of rooms reserved for the XyUser Group to fill up fast.
Our Conference room rate at the Inn at Loretto is $189 per night, plus taxes and fees. If you wish to extend your stay, you may reserve your room for three days preceding the conference for the same price, pending availability.

Make plans to fly into either Santa Fe Municipal Airport (American from Dallas/Ft.Worth or Los Angeles, or United from Denver) or Albuquerque International Sunport (most major airlines). It is a short 50-mile drive from Albuquerque to Santa Fe if you decide to rent a car; otherwise, Sandia Shuttle (sandiashuttle.com) conveniently makes the trip hourly.
